• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department

• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT ongoing for 3 months with the option to extend. Shifts are between Monday-Friday - 8's, 10's, and 12's. CRNA must rotate for all shifts
\n
• Case Mix: Bread and Butter + OB. CRNA must be proficient in OB (including administering epidurals). No hearts, heads, or peds.
\n
• # of OR's: 9
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: 3 Anesthesiologist's and 7-8 CRNA's on daily - supervised setting
\n
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
\n
• Active NC License: Active NC License is required upfront
\n
