Lead CT TechnologistHourly Rate: $44.00-54.00 commensurate with experienceHere is what you will need:Graduation from high school or equivalent and completion of a training program in imaging technology from an accredited school.Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT).Should be able to lift and move patients as requiredMust become certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation within one year of employment and renew certification annuallyAll technologists working in the Maryland and Virginia offices must be licensed by the stateA Day in the Life of a CT Tech:Provide services and support for the following areas:Perform x-ray and CT procedures as prescribed by a physician.Must be able to recognize reactions to contrast media and be ready to intervene when necessary by administering CPR.Assure all necessary consent forms are signed prior to performing examinations. Correctly process pertinent exam related information including charge slips and/or direct computer entry as directed.
