• 151 staffed beds with an annual ED volume of +7,000.
• Founded as part of the faith-based Adventist Health Network, Adventist Health St. Helena serves a rural area that ordinarily would not have access to many of the advanced medical services offered.
• Adventist Health St. Helena has been named one of America’s Best Hospitals for Emergency Care, Heart Care, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Joint Replacement, and Stroke Center, and has won awards for Outstanding Patient Experience.
• The hospital offers cardiac services, outpatient surgery, occupational medicine, orthopedics, pain rehabilitation, plastic and reconstructive surgery, sleep diagnostics, home care services and more.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
