Title Processor / ReceptionistA dynamic real estate office is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Title Processor / Receptionist for its Clermont location. This dual-function role serves as the face of the office while assisting escrow and title teams with administrative tasks and processing support for real estate closings. Prior experience in real estate or title processing is preferred, though a background in related processing roles will also be considered.Front Desk & Administrative SupportGreet clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors warmly upon arrival.Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and route calls or messages to appropriate staff.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and courier services.Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area and conference rooms.Title & Escrow ProcessingOpen new title orders and input file details into the management system.Assist escrow officers with gathering documents, municipal lien searches, and payoff statements.Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to collect missing file information.Prepare closing packages, organize title documents, and handle post-closing task distribution.Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and record archiving.
