Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Isaias Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships to service our products including auto and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely follow up and support
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for insurance questions, including availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a needs based, customer focused review process to help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success every day, with the ability to multitask effectively

• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 830a-530p
