Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-location practice in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area!

Opportunity Highlights

\tRetina group of 5 fellowship trained surgeons.
\tVery busy retina-only practice with large, built-in referral base from 4 other multispecialty ophthalmology groups
\tAccess to 2 other large, multispecialty groups in the market for referrals.
\tOwnership of an ASC.
\tAverage Patients per Day: 40-55
\tSix cases per week.
\tCall: 1 week, every 6 weeks; Monday to Monday
\tClinic: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
\tPartnership track opportunity
\tTop percentile market compensation (NO STATE INCOME TAX!)

Partnership Opportunity:Yes, after year 1.

Target Compensation:$700k - $1 Million plus

Bonus Opportunity: NPC + Individual productivity bonus

Practice Management:NextGen but EMR is ModMed.
