Talent Specialist

SUMMARYThe Talent Specialist role will be responsible for screening and identify talent for various operating entities and functional disciplines.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReviews resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates.Screen viable candidates to validate skills, experience, compensation, and other relevant job-related attributes.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Extend Offers, as assigned.Provides best in class experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment process.Ensures consistency with recruiting screening and interviewing processes.Provide regular feedback and updates to supervisors.Responsible for days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover, candidate quality and diversity objectives.Administer all employment practices and policies in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local Law including but not limited to: record keeping, background checks, E-Verify, immigration, EEOC, Confidentiality and OSHA reporting.Maintain all aspects of the HRIS system including compliance with all necessary documentation pertaining to their application, virtual interview, offer letter and initiating the background checks.Special projects and assignments as business dictates.Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS0-2 years of experienceBachelor's Degree preferredMust be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detailed orientedPrior sales or recruiting experience preferredAbility to operate in a confidential work environmentExemplary interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office, Power PointKnowledge of State/Federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, benefits and compensation preferred.Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independentlyMust be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflowMust possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsivenessPHYSICAL DEMANDSSitting for extended periods of timeThe employee is frequently required to hearDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipmentReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWORK ENVIRONMENTNoise level is usually quietFast paced work environmentCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNoneOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
