Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will contribute to daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while helping visitors, tenants, and staff feel supported throughout the property. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual behavior within the location. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by reporting hazards, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned duties. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
