Visit us at . Summary/Objective: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and help protect our organization’s critical systems and data. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for proactive security measures and a passion for continuous learning. Responsibilities: May include, but are not limited to, the following Act as the primary escalation point for security incidents originating from the Security Operations Center (SOC). Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify potential threats. Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies. Perform regular audits of systems and security controls to ensure compliance Maintain and update security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system configurations. Document findings, incident reports, and compliance metrics for internal and external audits. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles. Proficiency with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection solutions. Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and proactive approach to security challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and protocols. Hands-on experience with NEXT-Gen SIEM solutions. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation. Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and implementation strategies. Exposure to threat intelligence platforms and incident response workflows Physical Requirements: to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to regularly talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or equipment. Ability to stand and walk, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to frequent and continuous do computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to make general decisions requiring judgement and perform activities requiring sustained concentration.
