Apprentice, Mammographer Tech 1 Days

Apprenticeship-Monday to Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Once apprenticeship is completed will Convert to Mammography Tech. Mammography is from Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a weekend rotation every fourth week. Scope of work Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures perform diagnostic Mammography exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation while applying ALARA principles of radiation protection. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Associates degree. Graduated from accredited Radiography program required. CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Must remain in good standing with ARRT Upon Hired Required.
