Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in California or Outside CA) CA Bar Admission Required

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Defect Attorney with 1-15 years of experience to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position , open to attorneys located anywhere in California or outside of California , provided they are actively licensed and in good standing with CA Bar.

Qualifications

1-15 years of experience in construction defect litigation (defense preferred)

Active CA Bar in good standing

Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Experience with construction defect cases

Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus (not required for junior candidates)
