Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Previous construction, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Duties Build wooden roof and floor trusses according to production specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble trusses Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Follow quality standards and production requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Handle materials continuously throughout the workday Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
