Meal Ordering Assistant

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.Position is responsible for providing administrative support for the meal ordering process in a multi-airline unit.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

• $23 - $25/An Hour

• Shift: 1pm-9:30pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers all incoming telephone calls and dispatches calls appropriately.
• Generates billing information, produces check sheets and receives flight loads/meal counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma

Work Experience:

• 1 year of general office experience

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Must have very good basic math skills
• Some computer knowledge required
• Good work attendance and work performance

Language / Communication Skills:

• Effective oral communication skills
