Home Health Aide / CHHA — Woodbury, Gloucester County NJ — $17.00–$18.00/hr, up to $20.00/hr for select cases

The Basics

• $17.00–$18.00/hr, up to $20.00/hr for select cases
• One client, one relationship — not a new home every day
• A schedule built around your availability, not a corporate template
• Paid orientation before you start
• 90-day performance review
• $150 bonus for referring another caregiver who completes 60 days

What You’d Actually Be Doing

Hands-on personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support — and being someone your client and their family can count on. You follow the care plan, speak up if anything changes, and show up reliably.

What We Need From You

• An active New Jersey CHHA certification, current on the NJ CHHA Registry
• A reliable way to get to your client’s home in the Woodbury area
• Someone who shows up and communicates well
