Travel PCU RN Opportunity – Morgantown, WV

We’re hiring an experienced Travel RN for a high-acuity Cardiac Stepdown Unit. This unit cares for a diverse population of cardiac, heart failure, post-cardiac surgery, and medical patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions. potential.

Start Date: June (or later)

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36s and 48s available)

Location: Morgantown, WV

Unit Details:

• 32-bed unit
  • 22 Cardiac Stepdown beds
  • 10 Medical-Surgical beds
• Nurse-to-patient ratios:
  • Stepdown: 1:3
  • Floor: 1:5–6
• Dedicated telemetry monitoring technicians
• EPIC electronic medical record

Patient Population:

• Heart failure
• Cardiology patients
• Post-cardiac surgery recovery
• Medical-surgical overflow
• Hospitalist-managed patients
• Patients requiring telemetry and cardiac monitoring

Required Qualifications Active RN License BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NIHSS Certification Previous Stepdown, PCU, Telemetry, or Cardiac Nursing experience EPIC experience preferred
