Enterprise Medical is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Michigan to welcome an Internal Medicine physician to its rural outreach clinic near a scenic lakeside community along Saginaw Bay.

Outpatient-only practice supported by a robust hospitalist program
Average 36 patient hours + 4 admin hours weekly
Dedicated Medical Assistant per physician plus APP support

Compensation & Benefits

Strong base salary with a 2-year guarantee
$30,000 Commencement Bonus plus additional productivity (wRVU) and quality incentive opportunities
Up to $20,000 annually in student loan assistance (PSLF eligible)
37 days of PTO annually
$5,000 CME allowance
Paid malpractice and relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits package including retirement and health coverage
