Measure, document, and report vital signs according to care plans and clinical direction. Provide direct bedside patient support and assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation. Support daily clinical operations, including meal assistance, light patient care tasks, and room setup. Observe patient condition, behavior, and vital signs, promptly reporting changes or safety concerns to supervisory nursing staff. Provide compassionate, emotional, and social support while preserving patient dignity, independence, and confidentiality. Follow strict safety, emergency, and infection control protocols in fast-paced clinical environments. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely care documentation per facility policies. Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas in good standing. Minimum 1 year of recent hospital or rehabilitation facility experience. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or American Red Cross preferred). High School Diploma or GED required. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients with physical mobility needs. Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
