Maintenance Supervisor

Ready to lead a maintenance team and own the safety program at the same time? As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll keep the plant running and keep the team safe, with real visibility and room to grow. This is a direct hire position, so you're on the company's payroll and benefits from your first day.

Job Duties

Lead the daily work of the maintenance team: scheduling, assigning tasks, coaching, and performance feedback

Build and run preventive maintenance programs that keep equipment up and downtime low

Own the safety program: policies, audits, training, and incident investigations

Coordinate with other departments to prioritize repairs and respond to urgent requests

Manage the maintenance budget and keep records of work orders, repairs, and parts inventory

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. No nights, no weekends.

Pay

$80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements

Hands-on experience supervising a maintenance team in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment

3 or more years of safety management experience, including OSHA compliance, audits, and safety training

Solid working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and industrial machinery

Experience using a computerized maintenance system (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history

Able to lift 50 lbs and move around the plant: standing, bending, and reaching through the day
