Job Description

Project Leadership & Execution

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate internal project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

Financial Management

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review pay applications, invoices, and monthly project projections.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
• Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience working with subcontractors, architects, and owner representatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What's on Offer

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
• Total Compensation: $115,000 - $160,000+
• Performance Bonus: Annual and project-based incentives
