We're seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator who values precision, quality, and exceptional craftsmanship. You'll have the opportunity to work on custom, precision fabrication projects where your experience and attention to detail make a real difference. What You'll Do Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel and other metals Build and fabricate components using blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering specifications Accurately fit, tack, and weld assemblies to tight tolerances Grind, finish, and inspect completed welds to ensure a high-quality final product Collaborate with engineers and shop leadership on custom and specialty fabrication projects Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Follow established safety and quality standards throughout each project What We're Looking For 1+ years of TIG welding experience preferred Solid MIG welding and fabrication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication plans Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated A strong desire to learn, improve, and take pride in the finished product #J-18808-Ljbffr Austincc
