Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Company Benefits:6% 401k matchDay one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!)HSA with company contributionMonthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%)10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year)Paid personal days11 paid holidaysAnnual merit increasesOpportunity for overtime hours/shiftsEducation Tuition AssistanceAvailable Shift:3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday (Starting pay for this role is $29.05 + $1.00 shift premium)Job Duties/Responsibilities:Must be able to lead and train technical employees to Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time.Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagoutPerform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on all equipment at the HPMP Facility.Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment.Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/tools work.Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor).Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment.Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machinesSkilled & knowledge in PM programs and importance of accurate and timely PM tasksRequired Qualifications:Ability to work in a team environmentFocus on safety and qualityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to coordinate multiple efforts at onceAbility to prioritize rapidly and be decisiveAbility to use hand and power tools, as well as operate mobile equipmentTop Candidates Will Also Have:Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or 10 years related experienceAbility to train all technical personnel on how to work safely on all HPMP equipmentSummary Pay Range:$29.05 - $36.25Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
