About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential. Your expertise will be used to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. In this full-time position, Physical Therapist (PT) will have the opportunity to:

• Assess and treat residents with a range of physical impairments and disabilities
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions and provide education to residents and caregivers
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments, incorporating individualized treatment plans to promote optimal outcomes
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance resident mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and continuing education requirements, ensuring the highest level of professional expertise
