CDL-A Driver – Home Weekly Onsite | Tucson, AZ Phoenix, AZ
Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated SOLO driving opportunity. This position is ideal for dependable drivers who take pride in safety, consistency, and efficient route execution while managing dedicated regional freight operations throughout the Southwest and Mountain regions. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A sleeper trucks across dedicated regional delivery routes
• Transport dry freight while maintaining schedule consistency and delivery accuracy
• Hand-unload freight using gravity rollers at designated delivery points
• Complete 2–3 loads weekly with multi-stop route management
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and transportation documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding route updates and delays
• Adhere to all company safety policies and transportation regulations
• Maintain freight integrity and operational efficiency throughout assigned routes

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Valid CDL-A license
• Proven experience in regional or dedicated route driving
• Ability to unload freight using gravity rollers
• Strong DOT compliance and safety history
• Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
• Ability to manage multi-stop regional delivery routes
• Strong attendance, route planning, and time management skills
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Must reside within:
  • Tucson, AZ (within 50 miles)
  • Phoenix, AZ (within 50 miles)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Dedicated fleet or Southwest regional route experience
• Experience handling touch freight and unload operations
• Familiarity with Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas freight lanes
• Clean driving and inspection history
• Experience utilizing electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Strong communication and delivery coordination skills

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Poor driving or safety record
• No CDL-A license
• Lack of regional or dedicated driving experience
• DOT compliance violations or serious infractions
• Inability to perform unload responsibilities
• Failure to meet hiring radius requirements

HireNow Package Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,700
• Average Annualized Earnings: $78,000
• Top Annualized Earnings: $88,400

Schedule & Freight Details:

• SOLO Driver Position
• Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
• Approximately 2,000 Miles Weekly
• 2–3 Loads Per Week
• 2–6 Stops Per Load
• Hand-Unload Freight with Gravity Rollers
• CPM Pay Structure
• Pay Per Load
• Safe & On-Time Bonus up to 3%
