Night Shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4-5 RNs if unit census is full, 2 PCTs, and 1-3 sitters depending on patient population.Patient Ratios: 6:1Equipment: Hoyer lifts, Sara Steady, bladder scanners.EMR: MeditechOn Call Requirement: NoneFloating Requirement: Per the needs of the hospitalTypical Hiring Profile: Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters. Candidates must have experience in med-surg or acute care. Preferred experience: Previous experience with the organization.Typical Procedures Performed: Post-surgical procedures, such as cholecystectomy and cystoscopy with stent placement. Pain management.
