Senior Character Animator - VFX Expert (Fully Remote)

Assess AI-generated performances and define evaluation standards for realism. Review character animation and provide feedback on body mechanics, facial nuance, and timing. Develop benchmarks and rubrics to track model accuracy. Requirements: 10+ years in character animation with film or AAA game credits. Deep understanding of facial expressions, lip sync, and human performance. Strong written communication for evaluation frameworks. Preferred: Experience with facial animation, Unreal Engine, or virtual production. Familiarity with generative AI video tools such as Sora or Veo. Interest in AI-driven character performance evaluation. Partner Company Our partner is an innovative AI research initiative focused on advancing AI-generated character performances.
