EEO Complaints Manager

You will serve as the EEO Complaints Manager ensuring that the complaints processing system is administered effectively.

You will provide program initiatives to improve organizational efficiency, ensure mission alignment and accountability.

You will inform senior leadership on sensitive EEO trends and legal issues.

You will ensure technical accuracy and clarity to drive informed management decision-making.

You will be responsible for advising EEO leadership on sensitive Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) trends and relevant legal developments.
