Overnight Residential Supervisor

Rising Futures Young Parent Living Program (Formally known as the Teen Parenting Program) is a DCF and DTA funded residential program for teen parents who are pregnant and/or parenting. We provide apartment style living in a staff supported environment. The YPLP offers services including independent living and parenting skill groups, education and job search support, day care and medical referrals, housing search and aftercare support. Compensation The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI Provides The Training So That: YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage. YOU will support the professional development of residential counselors through training and supervision. YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students. YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the YPLP's residential department. Why JRI? Be who you are! Prior supervisory experience in a residential program or mental health facility required. Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients. Residential program or mental health facility experience required. Active Driver’s License. Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
