About the Practice Manhattan Pain Medicine, PLLC is a multidisciplinary pain management practice located in Greenwich Village, NYC. We offer a full‑time, W‑2 employment opportunity for an Interventional Pain Physician. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with complex and chronic pain presentations, including musculoskeletal, neuropathic, central sensitization, and inflammatory conditions. Perform a full range of fluoroscopic and ultrasound‑guided interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulation evaluation. Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team—contributing to shared case discussions, co‑managed treatment plans, and coordinated patient communication. Participate in patient education and our monthly Chronic Pain Support Group outreach program. Provide telemedicine consultations as appropriate for continuity of care. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in our electronic medical record system. Candidate Profile We are seeking a physician energized by complexity, not fatigued by it. Practice‑mindful—understands that a thriving practice enables better care, and takes ownership of both. Qualifications Required: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management (ACGME‑accredited or equivalent). Minimum three (3) years of post‑fellowship clinical experience in pain medicine. Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date. Active DEA registration. Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (ABPM, ABA, or ABPMR). Proficiency in fluoroscopic and ultrasound‑guided interventional procedures. Preferred: Interest in hypermobility spectrum disorders, Ehlers‑Danlos syndrome, or complex connective tissue presentations. Familiarity with regenerative medicine approaches (PRP, prolotherapy, orthobiologics). Interest in neuromodulation including spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Highly competitive annual base salary, commensurate with experience, paid bi‑weekly as W‑2 employment. Incentive Compensation Formula‑based semi‑annual productivity bonus tied to gross collections—non‑discretionary and transparent.
