Seeking janitor supervisor to oversee cleaning operations of commercial property in the Sacramento Area. Duties include training new staff, ordering supplies, performing site audits, and filling vacant cleaning shifts as needed. Feel part of a team that values your contribution.

Requirements

Must be reliable, have at least one year supervisory experience, employment references and pass criminal background check. Training provided.

Language Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
