Phoenix Market Sales Hunter

We are hiring a true hunter to own the Phoenix market.

Popmenu powers 14,000+ restaurants with technology that drives real revenue. Our product delivers clear ROI, fast. That means short sales cycles and frequent wins.

This is a field-first role. You will be in market multiple times a week, walking restaurants, pulling doors, and building relationships across the Valley Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale. If you run on autonomy, love the grind of territory ownership, and close on discipline, not luck, this role was built for you.

The Valley is a driving territory. Regional travel across the metro is required weekly. Mileage is compensated.

Buyer: SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators.

Sales cycle: Typically under 30 days, often much faster.

Environment: High-velocity, field-heavy, outbound-driven.

You are selling directly to decision-makers who care about revenue, guest experience, and long-term growth. Popmenu is not a nice-to-have. It is a revenue platform restaurants rely on to compete.

Phoenix operators run one of the most seasonal businesses in the country. Snowbird season, Spring Training, and a patio calendar that swings hard between February and July mean these owners live and die by their ability to fill the right seats at the right time. That is exactly the problem our product solves.

Compensation:

• Base: $75,000 to $80,000
• OTE: $150,000+
• 50% base / 50% commission
• Uncapped earnings
• Mileage/travel reimbursement
