Accountant

Position Overview MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company offering customer experience, business process outsourcing, and cloud technology solutions across multiple industries. We employ on‑site and remote agents to deliver scalable, cost‑effective customer journeys. Role Summary Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business, supporting strategic financial decisions. Position Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service‑based industry. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.
