Event BartenderMBM Hospitality is seeking polished, experienced Event Bartenders to deliver elevated beverage service at premier events throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professionalism, precision, and creating exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Execute full bar setup, service, and breakdown with efficiency and attention to detailPrepare and serve beverages accurately while maintaining speed and composureMaintain thorough knowledge of menus and event-specific offeringsProvide a high-touch, guest-focused experience at all timesRepresent MBM Hospitality with poise, professionalism, and discretionQualifications:Proven experience in event bartending (required)Valid RBS Certification through ABC (required)Ability to pass a background checkProfessional, polished appearance (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHighly dependable with a strong work ethicTeam-oriented with the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-standard environmentsOpen to training and committed to upholding MBM Hospitality standards and cultureCompensation & Details:Events located throughout the Los Angeles area$30/hour + shared tip pool
