Shipping/ Receiving Clerk

• Location: Malvern, PA
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30PM)
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Contract : 3 month W-2

Summary:
Kelly is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk for our client's warehouse in Malvern, PA. This role is responsible for unloading trucks, inspecting and verifying incoming shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a safe and efficient warehouse operation. If you have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and forklift experience, we welcome your application!

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience
• Forklift driver certification (current, with at least three years experience)
• Knowledge of receiving processes, packing slips, and bills
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Experience using ERP systems, especially SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload products and materials from incoming trucks
• Inspect shipments for damage and ensure quality; report any issues
• Maintain accurate records, including data entry in ERP/SAP systems
• Label and store deliveries in designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written)
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Lift and stack cartons up to 50 lbs
• Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
