Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available | 3x12s

Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment, paid in full within 90 days of hire)

MLR is seeking a certified or eligible Medical Lab Technician/MT/MLS (AMT or ASCP) for a full-time role with a respected healthcare provider. Lab Department Overview:

Join a dynamic department equipped with advanced technology, including cutting-edge automation, Epic Beaker, and SoftBank LIS Systems. As an MLT/MLS, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lab services while contributing to ongoing innovations in healthcare.

MLT/MT/MLS Responsibilities:

Perform complex lab procedures across various areas, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
Analyze and interpret data while adhering to strict quality control standards.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Medical Laboratory Technician / Scientist Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP or equivalent.
Familiarity with lab information systems (LIS) like Epic Beaker and SoftBank is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
