Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative

Growing medical equipment supply company is looking for a new member for our team. This position will work directly with our patients to troubleshoot customer service related issues involving their medical equipment. We are looking for candidates with strong computer, phone and customer service skills. You must be organized, be able to multi-task and have a pleasant professional demeanor. We are a proud Veteran owned and operated company that provides focused medical supplies and service to patients worldwide.

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Experience: 3+ years of Customer Service

Job Duties:

• Utilize computer systems to update patient information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.)
• Communicate with patients, physicians, referral sources and setup technicians via phone, e-mail and fax
• Perform patient follow-up calls
• Resolve sleep apnea therapy patient issues/concerns
• Copy, scan and fax documents as needed
• Type documents & correspondence and sent to patients/customers
• Work various reports as needed
• Process data cards as needed
• Escalate issues to your supervisor when needed
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current services and supplies offered
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Occasionally opening and/or closing office and warehouse
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management

This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
