ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been a State Farm agent for six years and spent eight years with State Farm prior to opening my agency. My background is in public relations, advertising, and technology, which helped develop my passion for communication, relationship-building, and helping people find solutions that fit their needs.

Today, I lead a team of five and have worked hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. We believe that strong relationships (both with our customers and with each other), are the foundation of a successful agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexander Weyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
