Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Indiana Physical Therapist state license required to start the position
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience in outpatient or industrial physical therapy settings preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
