Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position involves evaluating, designing, and implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients in the Acute Rehab Unit. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and assist in the rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine the need for therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active occupational therapy license in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
