The founding team operates across California (Santa Barbara) and Arizona (Phoenix), providing strategic coverage across key West Coast and Southwest business markets. This geographic footprint supports founder‑led execution, partner access, and scalable growth across multiple regions. Role Overview This opportunity is designed for strategic investors and advisory partners interested in early equity participation while contributing insight, capital, or network value to help scale the company's platform portfolio. This is not an employment role. It is a strategic investment and advisory opportunity for partners who want alignment, transparency, and access to the founding team during early growth stages. Key Responsibilities Provide early‑stage capital to support product and platform development Support sales and marketing expansion Fund AI systems and infrastructure Enable operational scale and execution Strategic Advisory (Optional) Collaborate directly with founders based in Santa Barbara, CA and Phoenix, AZ on go‑to‑market strategy Support revenue and sales infrastructure development Contribute to product‑market fit and roadmap prioritization Advise on fundraising strategy and positioning Network & Partnerships Introduce strategic customers, partners, or vendors Facilitate regional or national partnerships Support future capital raises where appropriate Governance & Oversight (As Applicable) Participate in periodic strategy and performance discussions Review company updates, KPIs, and growth milestones Advisory involvement only unless governance rights are contractually defined Qualifications & Experience Required Experience Accredited or sophisticated investor status (where applicable) Experience in technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or services Comfortable with early‑stage risk Long‑term, value‑oriented mindset Preferred Background Industry or operational expertise Network access to customers, partners, or capital Founder‑friendly investment philosophy Skills & Attributes Strategic thinking and business acumen Ability to provide constructive guidance Network and relationship management Collaborative approach to founder partnership Education Professional experience and investment track record are more important than formal education. Independent due diligence and legal/financial advisor consultation recommended.
