We’re currently looking for: **Strategic Procurement Manager******Responsibilities:***** Serve as the trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal business partners, guiding them through the entire end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial need identification through vendor selection and contract execution, demonstrating a high sense of ownership.* Proactively engage and partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Infosec, IT, and FP&A, to preemptively identify and address their technical, financial, and risk-related requirements throughout the procurement process with both internal requesters and external vendors.* Manage multiple BU and vendor engagements and high-volume procurement activities simultaneously across diverse indirect spend categories at any given time.* Collaborate with business partners and Procurement team members to develop, enhance and execute category strategies.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.* Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.* Maintain vendor relationships, manage contract renewals, and monitor supplier performance where applicable.* Work closely with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.* Conduct market and supplier research to stay current on trends and benchmark pricing.* Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Educate business partners accordingly.* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization.****Desired Qualifications:***** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain.* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.* Basic proficiency and demonstrable experience with fundamental contractual terms and commercial agreements is required.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; experience with one or more of procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite), financial planning/ERP systems (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle), project management/productivity (eg.
