Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Installer located in Fitchburg, WI joining a team of experienced and long-standing staff. The Lead Installer will oversee and execute the installation of heating and cooling (HVAC) systems in replacements and new construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising installation crews, ensuring work meets quality standards, troubleshooting installation issues, and ensuring timely project completion. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and effectively coordinating with team members on job sites. Qualifications Expertise in HVAC replacements and new construction, system maintenance, and troubleshooting-at least 2 yrs experience minimum, more a benefit. Experience in leading teams and managing on-site crew operations Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction Valid driver's license required Competitive pay package, 401k, paid days off, paid holidays.
