Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Relevant experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation standards
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience or interest in early childhood and elementary school settings
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services for students with mild to profound communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
