Vice President, Co-Investment & Syndication

The firm is recruiting a Vice President to its Co-Investment & Syndication practice. Vice Presidents lead diligence and structuring on direct co-investment opportunities, manage the syndication process across the firm's principal network, and own investor relations through close and post-close coordination. The role demands sharp investment judgement, fluency across deal structures and asset classes, and the ability to manage multiple syndication processes in parallel. Cross-border execution is the norm rather than the exception. Suited to candidates with substantive prior private investment or principal-side experience who are ready to lead syndication processes end-to-end.
