Role Overview As an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead), you play an essential role in providing superior patient service, improving operational excellence and fostering strong relationships with patients and staff. Responsibilities Perform daily front‑office tasks and duties to support lasting impressions and trust with patients. Participate in an eight‑week training program to build knowledge and application. Deliver superior patient services with compassion and adherence to company policies and dental board standards. Collaborate with dental team members to provide exceptional patient care. Consult with patients on treatment options by the clinical team, ensuring insurance payment and collection compliance. Supervise and reinforce the non‑clinical team’s daily tasks and priorities under the Manager’s guidance. Review data continuously to evaluate impact on the practice. Oversee scheduling, appointment confirmations, insurance payments, nightly deposits, credit card processing. Execute additional tasks assigned by the Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Analytical thinking ability, data‑driven mindset. Self‑organised, detail‑oriented. Employment Information Full‑time. Salary$17–$20 per hour.
