President

HCT seeks an experienced healthcare executive to serve as the Interim President/CEO of a 300+ bed acute-care hospital on the west coast. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide executive leadership for hospital operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive financial improvement, budget management, and operational efficiency.
• Lead change management, including revenue cycle in-sourcing and the opening of a new tower.
• Strengthen leadership accountability and address director/manager vacancies.
• Manage labor and union relations.
• Promote employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Recent (within the last 12 months) hospital President/CEO of a 300 bed hospital  with progressive senior-executive healthcare leadership experience, including acute-care hospital operations.; Candidates with experience leading a facility of 300+ beds required ; Minimum of seven (7) years of healthcare or related experience, including at least five (5) years of direct management experience.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success with financial management, operational leadership, strategic planning, change management, and organizational improvement.

Compensation:
