Associate Customer Experience | Fortune 500 Energy Company

We're looking for an Associate Customer Experience professional to support Marketers and Dealers with customer service, credit card processing, fuel allocation requests, and extranet support. This role is heavily focused on customer service, communication, and problem resolution, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

What You'll Do:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms

· Troubleshoot credit card processing and Point-of-Sale (POS) issues

· Support fuel allocation and supply management requests

· Handle chargeback inquiries, retrieval requests, and account reconciliation support

· Assist users with company extranet platforms and related access requests

· Maintain accurate records while meeting service, productivity, and quality goals

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

· Build expertise in company systems, software, and customer support processes

What You Bring:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
