Sales Manager

We're partnering with an innovative clean technology company that's helping municipalities and industrial facilities tackle some of the biggest challenges facing wastewater treatment, biosolids management, resource recovery, and environmental compliance.

What They're Looking For

• Experience selling products, services, or solutions into municipal wastewater utilities and public-sector infrastructure markets
• Established relationships with wastewater treatment facilities
• Develop and convert complex municipal sales cycles
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment, biosolids management, residuals handling, sludge processing, and environmental compliance challenges
• Ability to work with stakeholders across utilities, engineering consultants, and regulatory organizations while navigating public procurement processes
• Self-motivated business developer with strong pipeline management skills and a track record of growing territory revenue through strategic relationship building and market development

What They Can Offer

• Base salary up to $155,000
• Competitive annual bonus structure
• Fully remote position
