ETA / WMR Dispatcher

Transdev is seeking an ETA/WMR Dispatcher to support safe, reliable public transportation services. In this role, you will monitor real-time service conditions, answer calls, and dispatch vehicles and field staff to address ETA and work management requests. You’ll use dispatch and GPS software to track vehicles, update schedules, and coordinate responses to incidents, delays, and customer needs. Working closely with drivers, supervisors, and customers, you’ll ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of service issues aligned with Transdev’s safety- and community-focused culture.
