Swatch Full Time Keyholder - NY NY Hotel (Las Vegas)

Job Description The following role supports the Swatch store reopening with retail sales and keyholder responsibilities. The candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives. Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $19.50/Hour (Plus Commission). Responsibilities Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner. Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships. Reach and exceed sales goals. Be a self‑starter and use good judgment in all situations. Handle multi‑tasking with ease. Perform merchandising tasks, such as stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintenance of the store environment. Professional Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a key holder or lead sales position. Driven to deliver superior service to customers. Engage customers in the culture of the Swatch brand. Able to work well as a team player in a fast‑paced, energetic environment. Capable of planning, setting, and achieving goals. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
