Senior Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney in Towson, MD. This full‑time position offers a flexible work environment and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves representing clients in various litigation matters, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in General Liability or Labor and Employment Law. Duties Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery. Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences. Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations. Draft discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda. Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Communicate with clients to provide legal analysis and status reports. Requirements 10+ years of litigation experience. Must be barred in Maryland. Experience in drafting discovery, leading depositions, and arguing motions. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Maryland. Skills Strong legal research and analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
